01

Roofing & Building Envelope

Source roofing, wall panels, cladding and the matching components for your building envelope. Start with the roof plan, elevations and performance requirements so panels, insulation, flashings and openings can be considered together.

02

Windows & Doors

Source windows, house and villa doors, garage doors and specialist openings around your opening schedule. Each quotation should identify sizes, operation, glazing or panel construction, finish and hardware.

03

Flooring & Tiles

Compare flooring and tile options by room, use and installation conditions. SOMEI helps organize SPC, wood or laminate, porcelain or ceramic tiles and suitable outdoor flooring options around the project schedule.

04

Interior & Finishing

Bring wall, ceiling and decorative finish selections into one coordinated schedule. Define the visible finish and the supporting components so suppliers are quoting the same scope.

05

Kitchen & Bathroom

Source cabinets, countertops, sanitary ware and fittings from a coordinated room plan. Dimensions and interfaces matter: a cabinet, basin, tap and countertop should be checked as a set before purchase.

06

Outdoor Living

Plan outdoor materials as a complete set of surfaces, structures and connections. SOMEI can coordinate sourcing for decking, shade, fencing, railings and selected outdoor structures to the agreed specifications.

07

Steel & Industrial

Coordinate selected industrial envelope materials and light steel components around the project drawings. SOMEI supports material sourcing and supplier communication rather than undertaking an EPC or engineering contract.

08

Cleanroom & Cold Room

Build the sourcing list around the complete room system: panels, ceilings, doors, windows, trims, seals and accessories. Clarify whether the application is a cleanroom or cold room and identify the project requirements before selecting products.

09

Lighting & Hardware

Include the smaller items that make the main materials usable. Coordinate lighting, door and window hardware, fixings and installation accessories with the products and rooms they serve.

11

Whole House & Villa

Coordinate a house or villa purchase across the exterior, rooms and outdoor areas. Begin with drawings and a room-by-room material list, then compare suppliers against one agreed project scope.

12

Interior & Renovation

Source finishes around an existing space and the work you plan to change. Room photos, measured drawings and a finish palette help distinguish what stays, what is replaced and what must match.

13

Hotel & Commercial

Organize procurement by room type and public area so repeated items and individual design features remain consistent. SOMEI can coordinate materials for guest rooms, lobbies, food-service areas, offices, retail and outdoor spaces.

14

Apartment & Multifamily

Turn unit types and repeated quantities into a clear procurement schedule. Separate standard units, variants and common areas so material totals can be checked without losing the details of each apartment type.

15

Warehouse & Industrial

Build a coordinated envelope materials package from the building drawings. Bring roofing, wall panels, insulation, openings and accessories into one scope while keeping engineering and site construction responsibilities clear.

16

Cleanroom & Cold Room

Source room materials from a coordinated layout and bill of materials. Panels alone are not the complete scope: openings, corners, profiles, seals and supporting accessories must be considered together.

17

Modular & Tourism Projects

From accommodation units to the outdoor spaces around them — source modular structures and supporting building materials from China. SOMEI can help source the unit and coordinate the surrounding materials, outdoor systems and suppliers required for your project.

18

Outdoor Structure Contractors & Dealers

Keep system components, finishes and accessories aligned for installation and repeat orders. Start with the product set, site requirements and the differences you need suppliers to clarify.

39

Tourism, Glamping & Modular Project Buyers

A unit quotation does not define the whole site. Clarify accommodation, decks, railings and other materials, then connect supplier questions to the people responsible for site preparation.

Lightweight Insulated Panels for Eight Guesthouses in Thailand

For eight guesthouses in Thailand, the client wanted insulation, low weight and straightforward installation. We recommended 220 × 18 mm panels in 7.15 m lengths for the 7 m roof, with cutting flexibility for the roof and triangular lower sections. Flooring and ceiling materials were also purchased and shipped in phases.

46

Replacing a Rusted Garden Roof for a Family Home in the USA

David wanted to renovate his mother’s garden roof. The existing timber structure had a galvanized-sheet roof that had rusted after only a few years. The replacement used aluminum alloy roofing panels to address his durability concerns and refresh the appearance of the garden structure.

47

Building Panels for a Philippines Project

The supplied records include building exterior photographs, packaged panels and long-panel container loading. Together they illustrate the product and handling details that need attention in a building-panel purchase.

48

Wall and Roof Panel Selection for a Guesthouse in Japan

For a guesthouse in Japan, the client used 95 cm insulated panels for the walls and smaller roof tiles for the roof. The selection balanced the wall insulation requirement with the desired roof appearance. The client reported completing the installation alone in three days.

49

Kitchen Cabinets and Shipment Records — Qatar

The Qatar record brings together kitchen photographs and cabinet packing and loading views. The kitchen images show the relationship between cabinets, worktops, sinks and appliances; the shipment views show protective packaging and grouped packages.

51

Cabinet Configurations — USA

The supplied workshop images show cabinet configurations, drawers and a sink detail. They are presented as product-stage records, rather than photographs of an installed US kitchen.

52

Cabinet and Worktop Details — Madagascar

The photographs show cabinet assemblies, drawers, worktops and a sink in a workshop. The visible details provide references for discussing the layout and the interfaces between these items.

53

Insulated Aluminum Roofing for a 144-Villa Development in Indonesia

An Indonesian developer needed lightweight roofing for carport and entrance walkways in a high-end, 144-villa development near the coast. The client requested aluminum alloy to address concerns about rust and corrosion. We recommended insulated aluminum roof tiles in response to the material and weight requirements.

54

Insulated Aluminum Roofing for a Coastal Home in Malaysia

A homeowner near the coast wanted a durable, insulated roof after previous color-coated steel roofing began to rust within three to four years. The selected material was a 150 × 18 mm profile in 6063 aluminum with a 0.8 mm wall thickness and polyurethane infill. The client also used the same material for a pavilion beside the swimming pool.

55

Overwater Accommodation — Malaysia

The material set combines rendered accommodation concepts with a photograph of platform work on site. The rendered buildings show design intent; they are not photographs of completed accommodation.

56

Workshop Wall and Ceiling Panels — Factory Application References

These application photographs were supplied from the factory working directly with SOMEI. They show workshop wall and ceiling panels, openings and installation stages across several material sets. They are factory application references, not a claim that SOMEI managed each pictured project.
