Build the Procurement Schedule
Work from the site layout and each unit’s interfaces. Coordinate platform levels, access, shade, boundaries and parking as separate packages, then connect their specifications and delivery sequence. Buying a modular unit does not automatically include the surrounding works.

We do not claim to manufacture every modular accommodation product, design the complete tourism development, provide architectural or structural engineering approval, carry out overseas construction or operate tourism projects.

Yes. Mark preliminary items clearly. Confirm specifications, quantities and relevant professional approvals before placing orders.
Can materials from existing suppliers join the shipment?
Share supplier contacts, product lists, packing information and readiness dates. Coordination and consolidation are discussed as an agreed additional scope.
