The Value Is in the Decisions and Follow-Through
SOMEI is a building materials sourcing and coordination company in China. Our role is to understand your requirements, question incomplete offers and connect suppliers with the people making project decisions. You can bring your own suppliers and agree the support you need.
One Project. Multiple Suppliers. One Sourcing Partner in China.
With a foundation in aluminum building materials, roofing, wall systems and insulated panels, we help customers source materials and coordinate suppliers around their project requirements.
Our services include supplier sourcing and comparison, customization coordination, agreed quality checks, multi-supplier consolidation and shipping coordination. We focus on supporting outdoor structure contractors and dealers, tourism and modular project buyers, and private home and villa owners.

Why SOMEI Exists
China has thousands of building material manufacturers. The challenge for overseas buyers is often not simply finding another supplier.
A building project may require roofing from one factory, windows and doors from another, flooring from a third, and different suppliers for interior, outdoor and supporting materials.
Each supplier may have different specifications, quotations, samples, production schedules, packing methods and delivery times. Managing them separately can quickly become complicated.
We help customers organize building material sourcing around the project — rather than managing every product and supplier separately.

Two Ways to Work With SOMEI
01 · SOMEI PROJECT SOURCING
I Need Materials & Suppliers
You have a project, drawing, BOQ, material list or product requirement and need help finding suitable products and suppliers in China.
Requirements → Material sourcing → Supplier comparison → Samples → Order coordination → Quality check → Consolidation → Shipping
02 · SUPPLIER COORDINATION & CONSOLIDATION
I Already Have Suppliers in China
You may already have several Chinese suppliers but need one China-side contact to help coordinate the purchasing process.
Supplier coordination → Order follow-up → Quality check → Receiving → Sorting → Consolidation → Container loading → Shipping
A Growing Building Materials Sourcing Network
SOMEI is building its building-material sourcing network step by step. We combine our core building-material experience with selected manufacturers, specialist suppliers and supply-chain partners across China.
We don’t claim to manufacture every product ourselves. For each project, the sourcing scope depends on the actual requirements, products, suppliers and services involved. This allows us to stay flexible while continuing to develop deeper expertise through real projects.
