01
Whole House & Villa
Different materials are measured and packed differently. Link each item to a room, elevation or opening ID, and decide which selections must be approved together.
02
Interior & Renovation
Check interfaces with retained materials before purchase: finished floor levels, door clearances, existing openings and plumbing or electrical positions.
03
Hotel & Commercial
Confirm a representative sample or room selection before repeating it across a larger schedule. Track finish revisions, batch references and area-specific requirements.
04
Apartment & Multifamily
Keep per-unit quantities separate from project totals. Record differences between unit types and agree how packages will be labeled for distribution on arrival.
05
Warehouse & Industrial
Long materials, opening interfaces and matching flashings need early coordination. Use the same drawing revision for supplier quotation, approval and packing identification.
06
Cleanroom & Cold Room
Separate the supplied material scope from specialist design, refrigeration or HVAC equipment, installation and validation. Ask the responsible specialist to review proposed products.
07
Modular & Tourism Projects
Work from the site layout and each unit’s interfaces. Coordinate platform levels, access, shade, boundaries and parking as separate packages, then connect their specifications and delivery sequence. Buying a modular unit does not automatically include the surrounding works.
