Kitchen Cabinet Purchasing Checklist for Overseas Buyers
A cabinet order needs more than an attractive kitchen photograph. Connect each cabinet to a verified room layout, specification and package reference so the quotation and delivered goods describe the same scope.
01 · Begin with measured drawings
Provide wall lengths, ceiling height, doors, windows and relevant service positions. Include appliance dimensions and model details when available. Identify measurements that still need site verification. The responsible installer or designer should approve the final room and opening dimensions before production.
02 · Confirm the specification room by room
Record cabinet carcass and door materials, finish, hardware and the intended internal arrangement. List worktops, sinks, taps and accessories separately with their supply responsibility. A rendering communicates appearance but does not settle these technical and commercial details.
03 · Use a written approval record
Link the selected finish sample to the drawing revision and quotation. Confirm which changes are included and ask for a revised document after substitutions. Keep unresolved details visible instead of treating a chat reply as approval of the entire order.
04 · Plan identification and installation support
Ask how cabinets and separate parts will be labelled. Match labels to a room or drawing reference and request the applicable assembly information. Confirm the shipment scope and who will measure, install and resolve site adjustments locally. Overseas delivery alone is not a complete installation service.
05 · What can a project record prove?

Use the stated evidence on the case page; do not infer unrecorded delivery dates, cost savings or completed installation from a loading image.
